With hands-on experience in structural engineering and years of industry knowledge, he oversees every project with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Jonathan’s leadership continues to drive Hamit’s commitment to delivering structurally sound, cost-efficient, and innovation-led construction solutions tailored to the evolving demands of Uganda’s built environment.
Ivan Serunjoji
Assistant Structural Engineer
Ivan contributes significantly to the structural engineering team through detailed analysis, CAD drafting, and site supervision. He supports the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to project timelines. Ivan’s growing expertise in reinforced concrete and steel structures makes him an essential asset in delivering technically sound and efficient solutions across Hamit’s diverse projects.
Patrick Mwanika
Senior Structural Engineer
Patrick leads Hamit’s structural design and engineering operations with precision and foresight. He is responsible for developing structural frameworks, supervising construction phases, and mentoring junior engineers.
