Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design from concept through construction.

  • Create drawings, renderings, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and provide design solutions.

  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

  • Conduct site visits to oversee design execution and resolve issues.

  • Advocate for sustainable, efficient design approaches.

  • Participate in planning meetings and project presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

  • Registration with a professional body (or working towards it).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural skills.

  • Excellent design communication and presentation skills.
