Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce safety on all site activities.

  • Create, manage, and track RFIs and submittals.

  • Assist in developing and updating the project schedule with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.

  • Support sustainable construction initiatives.

  • Maintain regular photographic documentation of project progress.

  • Assist in procurement processes including take-offs and material scoping.

  • Monitor material deliveries to ensure they align with the project timeline.

  • Understand and follow the contract documents in full.

  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.

  • Support project close-out procedures including documentation and client handovers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

  • Familiarity with digital document management tools.

  • Strong computer and communication skills.
