Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

• Lead teams including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld.

• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and logistics.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Proven experience managing construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
